A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
- You may cancel your order at any time, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If your cancellation is successful, the full amount of the order will be refunded to the account used for the original payment.
- Please note that orders for made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once placed.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
(1) Home Delivery orders through online store
- We only deliver to post codes starting CV. (Click here to see delivery map)
- As a customer, you have the freedom to choose from the available delivery options at the time of purchase. Naturalee Icecream will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered with the utmost care and maintained at the proper temperature. However, Naturalee Icecream is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur beyond our control.
- As a customer, you may specify a preferred delivery date for your order, if desired.
(2) Icecream Trailer
- We're mobile by means of icecream trailer, to serve icecream for your private parties, social events, corporate events, weekend markets. Please contact us for further details.
Returns Policy
As ice cream is a perishable food item, it is not eligible for return.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
